HelloSing Joy to the World and Joy will Come to You.Like smiling, singing is one of those activities that can express happiness or bring on happiness. Whether you hum to yourself, sing in the shower, sing in a band or choir, or lead your friends in song- singing is good for you. Singing improves your breathing. The louder you sing or the longer you sing between breaths, the better your breathing must be. Singing improves your mood. Most of us have heard that Neil Diamond song- Singing engages the creative side of your brain- helping you drop out of your analytic and hard working side, and into your intuitive and more relaxed and creative side.
