Happy words make a difference. When you frequently use the words that make you happy, your spirits rise. You can prove this to yourself with this exercise. Rate your happiness at this moment on a scale of 1 to 10 and write it down on a sheet of paper. Fold the paper so you can not see the number and put it aside. Then take the survey below which contains 80 words that describe positive emotions and positive feelings. When you have chosen your favorite words, rate your happiness again and write it on the outside of the folded paper. Put a circle around your second answer. Did the number go up or down? When you submit your survey, you can see what the most popular words are.
